I sent money but the loan is still showing as pending
Once you accept a loan and transfer the funds manually, the loan status moves to Active. If it's stuck on Accepted, check your bank to confirm the transfer went through then email us with your loan reference.
My identity verification failed
Make sure the name you entered matches exactly what appears on your ID. If your age or name caused a failure, go to Account Setup, correct your details, and try again. If you're still stuck, email us.
Can I cancel a loan?
A pending loan (not yet accepted) can be declined by either party. Once a loan is active and funds have been sent, it cannot be cancelled — both parties are committed to the agreed terms.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Both you and the lender will be notified. Your borrowing limit may be reduced. We may retry the payment. Repeated missed payments can lead to account suspension. Contact us as soon as possible if you know you're going to miss a payment.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@paybackly.online from your registered email address. We'll process your request within 30 days. Note that we are required to retain financial records for 7 years under UK law.
